End User License Agreement

Acceptance

By installing, accessing, or using Calendar Heatmap Pro, you agree to this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the product.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this agreement and any applicable Microsoft Marketplace or AppSource purchase terms, Krzysztof Buczek Engineering grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Calendar Heatmap Pro within supported Microsoft Power BI environments for your internal business purposes.

License Tiers And Access

The AppSource build uses Microsoft-managed licensing through the Power BI host licenseManager. Availability of paid capabilities depends on the active service plan assigned to the user or tenant through Microsoft.

Unless otherwise stated in your commercial terms, the product may be offered in multiple tiers, including Free, Professional, and Enterprise. The technical behavior of the visual may vary by license tier, including row limits.

Restrictions

You may not:

• copy, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the product except as permitted by law or written agreement;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the product, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
• use the product in a way that violates applicable law, third-party rights, or Microsoft platform terms; or
• attempt to bypass licensing, tier enforcement, or technical restrictions built into the AppSource version.

Ownership

Calendar Heatmap Pro is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights, title, and interest in the product remain with Krzysztof Buczek Engineering and its licensors.

Updates And Changes

We may release updates, bug fixes, compatibility changes, and new versions of the product. Some updates may be required to maintain compatibility with supported Power BI environments.

Support

Product support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis unless separate commercial support terms apply. The current support page is available at https://buczek.uk/powerbi/calendar-heatmap-pro/support .

Privacy

Use of the product is also subject to the privacy information published at https://buczek.uk/powerbi/calendar-heatmap-pro/privacy .

Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the product is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krzysztof Buczek Engineering will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill arising out of or related to the use of the product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for claims arising from the product will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable license during the twelve months preceding the claim, or, if no fee was paid, zero.

Termination

This license terminates automatically if you materially breach this agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the product and delete or remove installed copies to the extent applicable.
