Who We Are

Scope Of This Policy

This policy covers the AppSource-distributed build of Calendar Heatmap Pro for Power BI. It explains what information the visual can access inside Power BI, what information is not transmitted to us, and what limited information may be processed when you visit this public privacy-policy page.

If you use a separate private, custom, or enterprise build of the visual, additional or different terms may apply depending on that deployment.

Data Processed In Power BI

Calendar Heatmap Pro renders data that Power BI makes available to the visual within the current report context. This may include dates, numeric values, categories, and tooltip fields selected by the report author.

In the AppSource build, report data is processed inside the Power BI environment to render the visual. Based on the current certification branch and submission assets:

• the AppSource build uses Power BI host-managed licensing via licenseManager;
• the AppSource build does not call an external licensing API;
• the AppSource package does not require WebAccess privilege for licensing; and
• the AppSource build does not persist raw license keys or identity overrides in report metadata.

This means the AppSource build is not designed to send your report dataset or personal data from the visual to external servers controlled by us for licensing purposes.

What We Collect Directly

For the AppSource build described above, we do not directly collect report data, uploaded datasets, or user-entered license keys through the visual itself.

When you visit pages on this website, we may collect first-party visit telemetry for security, troubleshooting, and basic traffic measurement. This may include timestamp, requested URL, referrer, page title, user-agent string, browser language, timezone, viewport or screen size, cookie support, and a masked IP address or pseudonymous visitor hash generated by the server.

This telemetry is used to understand page usage and operate the site. It is not used to collect Power BI report data from the AppSource visual itself.

Sharing And Transfers

We do not sell report data or personal data through the AppSource build of Calendar Heatmap Pro. Any data made available to the visual remains subject to your Microsoft Power BI environment, your organization's configuration, and Microsoft's own privacy and service terms.

Retention

The AppSource build is not designed to store your report data on our systems as part of the standard licensing flow described above. Standard web server logs for this website may be retained by the hosting provider for operational and security purposes.

If you are a Power BI customer or report author and have questions about the data supplied to the visual in your environment, you should also review your organization's Microsoft 365 and Power BI privacy settings, tenant configuration, and data governance controls.
